Conversational AI: Building Chatbots with LLMs
This course offers a comprehensive introduction to designing and developing intelligent chatbots using the latest Large Language Models (LLMs). Blending theory with hands-on practice, learners will explore prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and ethical AI use. By the end of this course, participants will be able to build, deploy, and evaluate domain-specific chatbots powered by LLMs.
In this course, you will:
1. Understand the evolution and architecture of chatbot systems.
2. Learn prompt engineering techniques for LLMs like GPT.
3. Integrate tools, memory, and retrieval-based knowledge into chatbots.
4. Deploy and evaluate chatbot performance and user interactions.
5. Explore responsible AI practices including safety, privacy, and fairness.
This course is suitable for beginners with basic Python knowledge. Prior experience with AI or machine learning is helpful but not required.
Learn the foundational concepts and practical skills needed to create and deploy conversational agents using LLMs.
